Making people feel better to provide a positive change in a person’s life is the core of everything I do. I have practiced family health for over a decade with the satisfaction of knowing I’m helping to make a positive difference in my patients’ lives. I love what I do and believe that my enthusiasm for my work rubs off on my patients.
My passion for all things medical and health began during my formal education. I entered medical school at the age of eighteen and earned my Medical Doctorate after six years.
I completed a three-year Family Medicine Residency training in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I am a member in good standing with the following associations:
A native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, I currently reside in Oxford, Alabama, with my wife and son. My free time is spent enjoying my small family and being a role model to the youth in my community.

Marie Edmond, RN
Marie Edmond is the wife of Dr. Edmond. She graduated from Talladega High School in 1997 and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville State University.
Marie has been an RN for over 12 years and is currently a stay-at-home mom to their vivacious 4-year-old son. Marie loves healthcare and making patients feel like family. She is very excited about their new family clinic and what it offers the Oxford community.
